Player Pathway

STFC  Player Pathways starts with players arriving to our U21 team program. Players enter this program from our Academy Teams or from other clubs. We accept players starting from ages 15 years old who have played at a competitive level and have the technical skills to play our possession based style

STFC  pathways have led to players competing in NCAA Division 1 University, Canadian Universities ( USPORT) Canadian Colleges (OCAA)  League 1, Canada's National Team and to German Clubs in our partnership with Schächter Sports.
